Timothy P. Bryan MD

Orthopedic Spine Surgeon with specialized training in adult and pediatric spine surgery. He returned to his hometown of Charleston to practice, bringing expertise in treating a wide range of spinal conditions across all ages.

Dr. Bryan is a Charleston native who attended the College of Charleston (B.S. in Biology, summa cum laude) and then earned his M.D. at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 2011. He completed his Orthopedic Surgery residency at SUNY Buffalo (2011–2016) and went on to a Spine Surgery fellowship at Washington University in St. Louis (2016–2017), where he trained in both adult and pediatric spinal disorders.

Board certified in Orthopedic Surgery since 2019.

Dr. Bryan's practice encompasses comprehensive spine care, including degenerative spine conditions and spinal deformities in both adults and children. He is particularly interested in applying the latest techniques in spine surgery to improve patient outcomes, and he values working with patients of all ages. (In his personal time, he enjoys family activities and kayaking in the Lowcountry, reflecting his commitment to the local community.)
